Your empowr Product Listing Has Been Rejected? Why & How to Fix It?

To get approval, your empowr product listing must meet empowr marketplace's requirements (or Listing Standards) and not on the prohibited list.

1. Where to find the "Prohibited List"?

2. What are Listing Standards?

Product title: you have 80 characters max to fill in the product's title. It must be written in "title case" – first letter of each word is capitalized.

Product image: the images you choose should be the product or exactly represent it. Don't put any outside contact information (phone number, email, website…) on the product image.

Listing Description: Accurately and completely describe your product like features, product specification (material, color, size, ….).

Don't put any outside contact information on the product description.

Pricing: Determine what the the minimum you want to earn for each sale would be.

empowr will add 10% into the sale price as a marketplace fee to contribute into community cash out pool.

Monthly subscription is only for service or premium blog – not for physical product.

Category: product must be listed in the right category.

Shipping information: when you will ship product to buyer and ship by what method, estimation time arrival,…

3. Why your product listing has been rejected?

The most common reasons:

– In the "Prohibited List" that mentioned earlier.

– Not meet all product standard.

– Incorrect category.

– Sell physical product as monthly subscription.

– Included the outside contact information in the product image or description.

Please keep in mind that empowr marketplace is not a place for you to promote your outside business.

– Insufficient value.

– No shipping information.

4. Any Consequence?

If your products have been rejected 2 out of 10, the auto-approval feature will be blocked. You have to wait for empowr team moderate your product manually.

Believe me, it will take a very long long time.

If your products have been rejected 4 out of 10, you will be placed in the blacklist for 07 days.

Obviously, you will not be able to complete the daily goal for that period of time, that mean there will be lesser AMCO for you!

5. What you should do?

– Read the "Prohibited List" carefully so you will know which product that you are not allowed to sell.

– Read the notification email from empowr carefully to know the "rejection reason" and which standard that your product has not met, then review to the Listing Standards to correct the mistake.

And submit your listing again.
