If you be the highest Power User you are used to be (and at least Green Power User), turn the Earning Accelerator ON, Earnings Preference ON, achieve daily goal at least one day of the month, you will get AMCO at the last day of that month. The amount depend on how much revenue of the system and how many days you hit the goal and average profits you have in that month. The goal board locates in the top right corner of your home page or profile page.
The goals including:
List at least one valuable product for sale.
Bidding on auction (the number of auction you have to join depend on your power user level).
Posting contents (the number of post depends on your power user level).
Share (like, comment, repost) other people's post or product (the share limit depends on your power user level).

You have to complete all the section in order to finish the goal, the bonuses are not counted toward to the goal, you don't need to do if you don't want to.

To maximize the AMCO, you must increase your profits as much as you can and make sure you will not miss any daily goal. One more important thing, you need to sell some tangible product successfully. And you should apply for Success Coach position. Coaches almost get double AMCO when compare to normal users.
3. Matured Cash Out – MCO.
To qualify for MCO, you have to: -Keep Earnings Preference at least 90 consecutive days (If you wish to cash out monthly and earn daily, you have to keep it ON all the time). -Pay all the Ad Platform Fee and pay back all utilized Ad Credits. And you must have at least $1 fully matured earnings after paying all that. The actual amount you might get monthly depend on how much fully earnings matured you have monthly and the total utilized Ad Credits that you owe.
Scroll down your mouse wheel, you will see the cash out button, click into it and fill all the information that required.

When you need to change or choose your empowr Success Coach?
– He or she does not respond your question or moderate your Ads within 48h.
– He or she does not provide the right answer that you are looking for.
– The attitude of your coach is not good.
You can change your coach at any time you want and it's free! There is nothing bad happens to you because of that so don't worry!
To change or choose a new coach, you need to access into "Ask Me" menu at the top of any page, system will lead you to the communication area, look at the top right corner of the screen, you will see "Choose a new Coach" button. Click on it and follow this video to choose your new coach.
In order to choose a good Coach, you have to consider these qualifications:
– The rating from client: the higher is better.
– Client success: as many as possible.
– Response time: as short as possible.
Why you should rate your coach?
Your rating will help to improve the success coach program. Any coach that has the rating under 8.0 in 10 consecutive weeks will be removed from success coach program.
Moreover, your rating will help your coach get more clients if he or she works well or help other user avoid the not good coach.
To rate your coach, you need to go to communication area via "Ask Me" button, open any conversation between you and your coach, scroll down your mouse to the end of the message, you will see the rating section.

You are working hard daily but always receive the unexpected result?
Here are all the tips that help you maximize empowr earnings.
1. Network gauges still matter.
Since empowr launched the Cycle of Trust (CoT), someone said the network gauges are not important any more. Deadly wrong. You still need to GO GREEN on 11 gauges if you want a good earnings.
a.Optimize gauge: If your account is not optimized, just click "Optimize Now". This will help you earn almost double.
b.MAXIMIZE your Cycle of Trust (CoT): try to share (like, repost, comment) on other people's contents, product until the loop is closed or try to bid, buy thing from others. (you can check your CoT diagrams here: http://www.empowr.com/premiumblogs/peopleITrust.aspx )
Important: Share is limited but bidding is unlimited so you can bid many time as you want to build trust with more people and close more loops.

c.MONETIZE your CoT: -Maximize posting earnings: post quality contents and spread them through the day (do not post all contents at a time). -Offer (and sponsor) many products for sale as you can.

2. Build a large fanbase.
You need to build a large fanbase because of 02 following reasons: -Every time you launch a product, all your fans will see it via their home page, they might buy it or help you share it to another one. The more fans you have, the more potential customers you have. -Every time you post a content, your fan might see/view/watch it from their feeds, the more fans you have, the more views you might get and the more potential earnings you might got. But please keep in mind that the quality of fan (the active one, willing to help other and be a high Power User) is more importance than the quantity and for the long term relationship, you also need to help them to return the favor.
3. Help each other effectively to maximize empowr earnings.
When building trust or close the cycle with one specific people, do not like more than your posting limits because the share is limited, you need to save it to build more cycle of trust. Or at least do not like more than your friend posting limit.
If you like more than your friend posting limit, that mean you liked some contents that posted over 24h. Just wasting your share and will not help your friend earn at all. And in other hand, they have to like back as an equal number to close the loop. That's the double waste.
Just like the contents and products, don't like the junk event just like this one:
The junk community.
You can see that community was created a long time ago but does not have a profile picture (does not active) so don't like this event because your share will be debit and it does not help your friend or anybody. Just wasting your resource.
If you see any event like this on your profile, delete it immediately to help your friends focus on your contents and your products.
No need to complete the bonus post, they are not counted toward the earnings. If you post, it will decrease the post quality because your average interaction (like, comment, repost…) per post will decrease, so that the quality of your contents will be decreased.
