You have to do these steps to stop empowr from charging your PayPal or Credit Card (without removing account protection).
1. Choose to pay Ad Platform fee from balance.
To do that, you have access into Ad Credit page.
Move your mouse to the left side of the screen, the navigation bar will show up, scroll down to the bottom of the menu then you will see "Advertise" sub menu, click on it, wait a few seconds for the Advertising page, then choose "My Ad Credit" button.
Find the setting button at the top right corner of the screen, click on it, then choose payment priority from balance first.

2. Choose to pay Power Subscription from balance.
To do that, you have access into Get More Power page.
Move your mouse to the left side of the screen, the navigation bar will show up, click in to "Get More Power" sub menu, wait a few seconds for the Power User page.
Find the setting button at the top right corner of the screen, click on it, then choose payment priority from balance first.

3. Turn OFF the Economy Builder.
To do that, you have access into Marketplace page.
Move your mouse to the left side of the screen, the navigation bar will show up, click into "Marketplace" sub menu, wait a few seconds for the marketplace page.
Find the setting button at the top right corner of the screen, click on it, then choose payment priority from balance first.
