It's easy! But before getting empowr refund, please keep in mind:
- You are only able to get empowr refund for a charge that was made to your credit card or PayPal in the last 30 days.
- There are no negative consequences to your account for receiving a refund: you get your money back & you keep your empowr earnings and still be able to make money on the site.
- Please don't file a dispute via PayPal otherwise your account will be deleted. I have witnessed some people met this situation before and they have not been able to recover their account.
To get empowr refund you can:
- Visit this link www.empowr.com/refunds and request directly from there.
- Or from your profile page or news feed page, move the mouse to the left screen, the navigation bar will show up, scroll your mouse a little bit, choose the "Advertise" menu,
You will need to wait a few second for the page load then click into "My Ad Credit" button when it appears.
You will see the "Get a refund" link at the right side of the Ad Credit summary table. Click on it, sign in again and follow the instruction to get empowr refund. You can see in the video below:
The empowr refund will be available in your account as an Early Cash Out. If you would like to cash out, you need request the cash out once the refund has been added to your balance (usually within 48 hours).
Usually, you have to wait up to 10 business day to get paid via cashing out. Depend on the amount, it may be very quick or slow. That my experience.
